Embark on a comprehensive journey of exploration of Ashtanga Yoga through initiation, immersion & self-paced experience, inviting you to deepen your practice no matter where you are in your journey.

Pranayama Program

Online | 3 days a week | 1 month​

Explore powerful techniques with guided 30-40 minute sessions and receive a detailed handout for continued practice. Suitable for all levels.

With a convenient time slot between 7pm & 9pm IST(exact slot TBD basis participation), this online program is perfect for practitioners in India, Europe, and beyond. Plus, you’ll receive a detailed handout with sequences to support and sustain your practice even after the program ends.
